Q1: Why can’t I log in to the SOLARMAN portal now?
A:We will arrange the migration from 9 a.m. on 19th April, 2021 and it will take about 72 hours. There will be an email notification when the migration is completed. Then you could log in SOLARMAN platform using your current account and password, and also you do not need to register again.

问题1:为什么我现在无法登录SOLARMAN平台?
回答:我们将从4月19日上午9点开始进行迁移,整个过程大约需要72个小时。迁移成功后,您将会收到一封电子邮件通知。在此之后,您可以使用Omnik门户的帐户和密码登录到新的SOLARMAN门户,而无需再次注册。


Q2: What data will be migrated?
A:All data of plants will be migrated and displayed on the SOLARMAN platform

问题2:哪些数据会被迁移?
回答:电站的全部数据将会被迁移并展示在SOLARMAN平台。


Q3: Why I need to pay for the service?
A: Omnik has been in the liquidation procedure and is not able to pay for the maintenance fees for servers. As the service provider, SOLARMAN needs to pay for the cost of maintenance.

问题3:为什么我需要付费?
回答:目前Omnik公司已进入破产清算程序,同时长期拖欠技术服务方SOLARMAN的服务器维护等费用。作为技术服务方,SOLARMAN需要为运营维护支付成本。


Q4: How can I pay for the service fee?
A: SOLARMAN will provide three-month free trial for your Omnik devices. During this period, you will be able to use all functions. When the free trial period is expired, you will need to pay 6 EUR/year for each device, otherwise the access to the device and data will be restricted.
You can pay the service fee directly on the SOLARMAN platform through PayPal. For this price, there will be a discount for the top-up package. Details are subject to the release of the SOLARMAN platform

问题4:我应该如何支付服务费?
回答:我们将为您的Omnik设备提供三个月的免费体验期,体验期内您可以免费试用SOLARMAN平台的各项功能。当免费体验期到期后,您需要对Omnik设备进行付费开通,否则这些设备及接入电站的数据将会被限制访问。
您可以在SOLARMAN平台直接通过支付宝等渠道支付服务费用。对于价格,届时我们会提供一些折扣,详细信息请以SOLARMAN平台的发布为准。


Q5: What will happen if I do not pay?
A: If there is a restricted logger binding to the plant, the data of the plant will not be available until the restricted device is activated for payment or unbound from the plant.

问题5:如果我不付费会发生什么?
回答:如果您的电站下绑定有受限制的采集器,那该电站的信息都将不能访问,直到该受限设备付费开通或者从电站解绑。


Q6: The SOLARMAN portal
A: For SOLARMAN’S APP, please search it from Google Play or Apple store.
They are: SOLARMAN Smart (for end-users) and SOLARMAN Business (for installers and distributors)
